How much processing time is required after I request a refund?

After receiving a refund request, the designer will contact you within 3 working days, or directly update the refund request status. The refund cannot be completed if the designer has not yet received the refund items. (This limitation does not apply to items that have not been shipped yet.)

After the designer confirms that they have received the refund items, the system will complete the refund in 7 to 10 working days. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
