- Using the [desktop version of Pinkoi] to request a refund:
Click on your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the page and then select “My Orders”. Click on the order that you wish to request a refund for and then click on the “Request refund” button in the right panel. Fill out and submit the form. -
Using the [mobile version of Pinkoi] to request a refund:Tap on the 3 lined menu button in the upper left hand corner of the page and then select “My Orders”. Tap on the order that you wish to request a refund for. Select “Request refund”. Fill out and submit the form.
- Using the [Pinkoi app] to request a refund:
Tap on “My Pinkoi” towards the bottom of the interface and then tap on “My Orders”. Tap on the order that you wish to request a refund for. Tap on the “•••” button in the upper right hand corner and then select “Request refund”. Fill out and submit the form.
Important things to note:
- After you request a refund, the designer will receive a refund request notification. They will need to process the refund within 3 working days. Please wait patiently. If the designer doesn’t reply within 3 working days, please contact customer service.
- If the order has already shipped, the item(s) must be returned to the designer before the refund can be completed. For the return address and additional details about the refund, please contact the designer. (This does not apply to orders that have not been shipped)

Orders will be automatically completed 60 days after they are shipped. Refund requests will not be accepted for completed orders. If you require a refund for an order that was shipped over 60 days ago, please send an email to service@pinkoi.com, making sure to include your order number and reason for requesting a refund. We will do our best to assist you.
