How do I ship my order back after I have requested a refund?

After requesting a refund, the order must be returned to the designer. You will be able to see the following as the refund request status:

"Please use Pinkoi message to discuss the details of the refund with the designer. Please remember to notify the designer after sending your order back. Upon receiving the order, the designer will continue to complete the refund process."

If you inquire with the designer and do not receive a reply back within 3 working days, please contact customer service.
