Pinkoi provides 3 methods for requesting refunds that customers can choose from.
- Method 1: Full refund (item total and shipping fee)
- Method 2: Selecting the refund item quantity and/or shipping fee (specific items and/or partial shipping fees)
- Method 3: Entering a specific refund amount (amount agreed upon by the designer and you)
When you receive a refund request, please first click on “Review Request” to review the details of the request.
If you need to modify the refund details or amount, please click on “Edit”.
It is recommended that you and the customer come to a mutual agreement on the refund details before you begin to modify them.
Using Method 2: You can modify the refund item quantity and adjust whether or not you want to refund the shipping fee in its entirety. If you do not wish to refund the shipping fee, please deselect the “Refund shipping fee” checkbox.
Using Method 3: You can enter a specific refund amount for the item and/or shipping fee.
Q: I have an order that has already been completely refunded. How do I refund the “return shipping fee” to the customer?
A: The maximum value of a refund is equivalent to the total value of the order. Amounts exceeding the total value of the order cannot be refunded via the system.
Q: If the order originally had free shipping, how do I request a refund of the return shipping fee?
A: The “Refund shipping fee” checkbox/field for Method 3 will be disabled. If you need to refund a difference in the shipping fee, please use the “Refund amount” field found in Method 3.
