If the refund is processed by Pinkoi:
Once the refund process is complete (the refund status is displayed as "refunded"), Pinkoi will recover the extraneous revenue from the designer. Pinkoi will also return a proportionate amount of the extraneous platform service fee to the designer.
If the refund is processed by the designer:
Once the refund process is complete (the refund status is displayed as "refunded"), Pinkoi will return a proportionate amount of the extraneous tplatform service fee to the designer.
Note: If it has been over a month since the revenue settlement date of an order (including the next revenue settlement date on the 10th of the next month), Pinkoi will not refund platform service fee to the designer because the regular order transaction and refund processing timeframe has already been exceeded.
Examples:
- If an order is shipped on 2018/04/02, platform service fee will not be refunded starting on 2018/06/10 00:00.
> The revenue settlement date for the order is is 2018/05/10. The revenue settlement date for the month after is 2018/06/10.
- If an order is shipped on 2018/04/30, platform service fee will not be refunded starting on 2018/06/10 00:00.
> The revenue settlement date for the order is is 2018/05/10. The revenue settlement date for the month after is 2018/06/10.
- If an order is shipped on 2018/01/02, platform service fee will not be refunded starting on 2018/03/10 00:00.
> The revenue settlement date for the order is is 2018/02/10. The revenue settlement date for the month after is 2018/03/10.
