1. After the customer requests a refund, you will receive a system notification email. Please go to [My Orders] - [Refund Requests] - [New Requests] to check for and process refunds.
2. Please contact the customer or process the refund within 3 working days. Before approving a refund, please verify that the refund amount and number of items are correct. Please leave an explanation if you don’t approve of a refund.
* Note: The system will automatically process the refund after the designer approves an unshipped fully refunded refund request.
3. If the order was shipped, please first confirm that you have received the refund items. After checking that the items are correct, click on the “Confirm” button. Pinkoi will then complete the refund on your behalf. Processing time will take 7-10 working days.
Note: Refund requests can be submitted within 15 days after an order is automatically marked as completed. Beyond this period, refund request function will not be available. If a refund is required after the specified timeframe, please send an email to service@pinkoi.com, making sure to include your order number and reason for requesting a refund. We will do our best to assist you.
