After the customer requests a refund, the you will receive a system notification email. Please go to [My Orders] - [Refund Requests] - [New Requests] to check for and process refunds.
Please contact the customer or process the refund within 3 working days. Before approving a refund, please verify that the refund amount and number of items is correct. Please leave an explanation if you don’t approve of a refund.
Please first confirm that you have received the refund items. After checking that the items are correct, click on the “Confirm” button. If you do not need the items to be returned, you can directly click on the “Confirm” button. Pinkoi will then complete the refund on your behalf. Processing time will take 7-10 working days.
