Shop Analytics provides valuable metrics for the operation of your shop. On this page, you can see metrics for orders, sales, trending items, customer data, and ads data all at once, and you can filter these metrics by time interval to view crucial changes. To optimize your shop, start with perfecting your listing information, then try creating new promotions and social media posts.
Orders
Order metrics clearly detail the number of orders in Pinkoi's five major markets and the Average Order Value (AOV), calculated by dividing the Total Order Value by the total number of orders. This tool makes it easy to track the ratio of your shop's orders from each region and allows you to formulate data-driven regional marketing strategies. Designers can use relevant data to leverage promotions such as threshold discounts, shipping discounts, and threshold giveaways to increase their AOV.

Listings
Listing metrics provide data on all aspects of the Top 10 products in your shop, including views, saves, quantity sold, and total sales, highlights valuable insights that indicate the best approaches for listing optimization, and analyzes relationships between data points. For example: If an item has been saved to many customers' Wish Lists but has relatively low sales, you can check whether it would be favorable to implement a price adjustment or short-term offer for that item. You can even try creating Listing Ads for popular items so that more potential customers will see your best-selling products, bringing greater exposure to your shop.

Just select a customer's name from the list to view their information or offer them exclusive Top 5 deals.
In addition, we recommend that designers configure auto-send coupons (go to Promotions > Coupons). You can choose to automatically send coupons to customers who follow your shop and to customers who leave reviews.
