The method used for calculating each of these statistics is described below:
Response rate:
・For messages sent by members to a shop, if there is a response to the first message sent within 3 business days, then the message will count as having been responded to. For the continuing discussion thread after the first message, replies to subsequent messages within 3 business days will not be counted as responses.
・Does not include notification messages automatically sent out by the Pinkoi system.
・This statistic is calculated based on messaging data from the past year, with a heavier weighting on recent response rates.
・The statistics displayed are updated daily. The more data that is accumulated, the lower the extent that average values can be affected by each piece of individual data.
Response time:
・The average time required to respond to the first message sent by a member to a shop.
・Does not include notification messages automatically sent out by the Pinkoi system.
・Separated into four different time intervals: A few hrs., Within 1 day, 1-3 days, Over 3 days.
・This statistic is calculated based on messaging data from the past year, with a heavier weighting on recent response times.
・The statistics displayed are updated in real time. The more data that is accumulated, the lower the extent that average values can be affected by each piece of individual data.
Avg. time to ship:
・The average time from when an order is paid for by the customer to when the “Mark as shipped” button is clicked on.
・Separated into four different time intervals: Within 1 day, 1-3 days, 4-7 days, Over 7 days.
・The statistics displayed are updated daily. The more data that is accumulated, the lower the extent that average values can be affected by each piece of individual data.
