Notes on using P Coins

1. P Coins will expire 6 months after they are earned on the last day of the month. You will not be able to use them after they expire. You can check if you have any P Coins that are about to expire by going to“My Pinkoi”(your profile picture on the desktop version of Pinkoi) >“P Coins”. Please pay special attention to their expiration date.

 

2. P Coins in different Pinkoi accounts cannot be combined, and P Coins cannot be transferred between accounts. P Coins can only be used in the account with which they were earned. If you would like to know more about P Coins, please refer to What are P Coins? How do I earn and use them?

 

3. P Coins can be used in combination with gift cards, but cannot be used in combination with welcome coupons, Pinkoi coupons and Pinkoi promotional event discounts.

 

4. If an order is canceled, any P Coins issued for it will also be revoked.
