What are the terms and conditions for the usage of welcome coupons, P Coins, gift cards and other discounts?

 

1. Welcome coupon(app-only shipping fee discount coupon)

• Welcome coupons can be used in combination with gift cards and shop coupons.

• Welcome coupons cannot be used in combination with P Coins and Pinkoi coupons.

• After successfully becoming a Pinkoi member, complete checkout on the Pinkoi app using your welcome coupon within 7 days, and Pinkoi will provide you with a free shipping discount of up to US$ 6.00. 

• To use this coupon, you will need to manually select and apply it at checkout.

• Welcome coupons are not suitable for use with SF Express“Pay S/H on arrival” and Pinkoi’s International Forwarding Service. 

• You can still use your welcome coupon within the 7 day period if payment fails for an order it was applied to, or you receive a full refund for an order it was applied to.

• Welcome coupons cannot be used in combination with Pinkoi coupons, LINE Shopping, cash rewards, and other discounts offered by Pinkoi.

• If your order meets the eligibility requirements for both a welcome coupon and a Pinkoi promotional discount, the terms and conditions of the promotional discount will determine how the discounts will be applied.

 

2. P Coins

• P Coins cannot be transferred.

• P Coins can be used in combination with gift cards and shop coupons.

• P Coins cannot be used in combination with welcome coupons, Pinkoi coupons and Pinkoi promotional discounts.

• If an order is canceled, any P Coins issued for it will also be revoked.

• Silver members and above, can earn 1 P Coin for every US$ 0.2 that they spend. 500 P Coins can be used for a discount of US$ 1 on your item total at checkout(discounts cannot be applied to shipping fees).

3. Pinkoi coupons

• Pinkoi coupons can be used in combination with gift cards. 

• Pinkoi coupons cannot be used in combination with welcome coupons, P Coins, and Pinkoi promotional discounts.

• Shop coupons can be used in combination with Pinkoi coupons, welcome coupons, P Coins, and Pinkoi promotional discounts.

 

4. Pinkoi promotional discounts

• These are discounts provided by Pinkoi in concert with promotional events held by Pinkoi. The type of discount will differ depending on the event, for example: get US$ 1.00 off for orders worth at least US$ 15.00.

• Pinkoi promotional discounts can be used in combination with gift cards and shop coupons.

• Pinkoi promotional discounts cannot be used in combination with welcome coupons, P Coins and Pinkoi coupons.

 

5. Gift cards

• Gift cards can be used to discount item totals and shipping fees, but cannot be used to discount payment processing fees.

• There are no expiry dates for gift cards.

6. Shop discounts

• Shop discounts are provided by designers. Designers can configure the settings for discounts in Pinkoi’s Shop Manager.

• If items in your shopping cart are simultaneously eligible for multiple shop discounts, the system will automatically apply the latest discount configured by the designer. 

• Shop discounts can be used in combination with welcome coupons, P Coins, Pinkoi coupons, gift cards and Pinkoi promotional discounts. If there are duplicate discounts, the shop discount will be given priority and will be applied first.

 

7. Terms and conditions for item total discounts

• P Coins and Pinkoi coupons(excluding shipping fee discount coupons) can only be used to discount item totals. They cannot be used for discounts on payment processing fees and shipping fees. 

• If the designer has already provided an item total discount, any discounts from Pinkoi will be applied to the price after the first discount from the designer is applied.

• The final price at checkout must be greater than 0.

 

8. Terms and conditions for shipping fee discounts

• Shipping fee discounts(including certain coupons or discounts from Pinkoi) can only be used to discount shipping fees.

• The maximum amount the shipping fee can be discounted is the amount of the shipping fee itself. The shipping fee can be 0.

• Shipping fee discounts cannot be used on orders using“pay S/H on arrival” and cannot be used with the international shipping fees associated with the second stage of the Pinkoi International Forwarding Service.

• Shipping fee discounts cannot be used in combination with welcome coupons, P Coins, Pinkoi coupons, or Pinkoi promotional discounts.

 

9. Other terms and conditions

• The terms and conditions of discounts and the discount amounts will be based on the currency used at checkout.

• Orders that have already been placed cannot be canceled on the grounds that a certain type discount had not been applied.

• If payment for an order fails and the order is automatically canceled by the system, any welcome coupons, P Coins, Pinkoi coupons or gift cards used with the order will be restored within 15 minutes of the order being canceled.

 

Pinkoi reserves the right to change, modify or terminate this event and the agreed upon terms and conditions at any time. If any changes are made, the modified event information and terms and conditions will be posted on the Pinkoi website. It is advised that you pay attention to the possibility of any changes. It is assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to any modifications and changes by your continued use of Pinkoi after any modifications or changes have been made.
