How do I use coupon codes?

To use a coupon code, follow the steps below:

 

1. Go to your shopping cart and click on“Use a Pinkoi discount or gift card”.

2. Click on the“Use” button beside“Use a Pinkoi coupon for a discount of up to XX.”

3. Enter your coupon code into the provided field, then click on“+ Add” and then“OK”.(Please make sure you enter the coupon code correctly. Coupon codes are case sensitive and the @ symbol must be entered as well.)

4. Click“OK” and then check the order summary in your shopping cart to confirm that the discount has been applied.

 

Pinkoi coupons cannot be used in combination with P Coins, or Pinkoi promotional discounts. Before placing orders you can check which type of discount gives you the most value. 

 

Please note that Pinkoi cannot cancel an order because you forgot to use a coupon on it. Any refund requests made using this reason will not be accepted. Please make sure to double check your order summary and payment details when ordering.
