When your payment method is credit card, payment error may occur due to leaving payment page in the middle of payment, unstable internet connection or entering wrong information. All unsuccessful payment orders will be cancelled by system automatically after 10 minutes and will not be charged.
If an order shows payment error but you still receive charging notice from card issuer, it may be because you have completed 2 orders, where one is paid successfully. Please double check your order status with order number again.
