About Pinkoi eCards

1.What are eCards?

eCards are provided by Pinkoi to help you express your well-wishes. 

You can select whether you want to create eCards for your order during the checkout process. If you decide to create eCards, you can fill them out after checkout is complete. A link will be generated for each eCard that is filled out. You can then copy these links and send them to the recipients of your gifts.

After a recipient receives a link for an eCard, they will need to log in or register with Pinkoi in order to view it.

2.What is the process for filling out an eCard?

You’ll be able to see the previews for each of the different eCards after you have successfully completed payment. 

After selecting your card, fill out the recipient’s name, your name, and a message for the recipient. You’ll be able to preview your card at the same time you’re filling it out. 

Furthermore, you can decide whether or not you want to allow the recipient to view the images and listing title of the item you are about to gift them. After you finish filling out the card and submit it, a link will be generated. You can then copy this link and send it to the recipient.

Step 2: Fill out the recipient’s name, your name and a message for the recipient.

Step 3: A link will be generated once you finish filling out the card and submit it. You can then share this link with the recipient.

3. Can eCards be edited after they have been completed?

eCards cannot be edited after they have been submitted and a link has been generated. 

If you want to see whether or not an eCard has been opened yet, you can go to “My Orders” > “View order details” > “eCard” to see its status.

4. Can I still fill out an eCard after I have left the “Payment completed” page?

Before the order is complete, you can go to “My Orders” > “View order details” > “eCard” to fill out an eCard.

5. How will the recipient receive their eCard?

You can copy the link for the eCard and send it to the recipient. When opening the link, the recipient will need to log in to or register with Pinkoi in order to view the card and the delivery status of the item.
