How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

Please click on “Sign In” in the upper right hand corner of the Pinkoi page. You will now be able to see a “Forgotten password?” link near the bottom of the page. Click on it and the system will then guide you to reset your password. If you have used a social media account to register with Pinkoi (e.g., Facebook), you can directly click on the appropriate sign in button without having to enter your account password.

Note: Currently, General Settings cannot be edited using the Pinkoi mobile app. Please use a computer if you would like to edit your General Settings.
