How do I change my password?

After signing in, click on your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the page and then click on “My Account”. You’ll be able to find the “Change your password” subsection near the bottom of the General Settings section. Click on “Change your password” and then enter your old password followed by your new password. Click on “Save” once you are done and your password will be changed.

Note: Currently, General Settings cannot be edited using the Pinkoi mobile app and mobile web version of the website. Please use a computer if you would like to edit your General Settings.
