How do I change the language?

1. Desktop Version

Language options are available in the bottom right hand corner of any Pinkoi page. Alternatively, after signing in to Pinkoi, click on your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the page and then click on “My Account”. You’ll be able to change your language preferences under the “General Settings” section.

 

2. Mobile Version

Click on the three lined menu icon in the upper left hand corner and then scroll down to the bottom of the menu. Tap on “Language” and you will then be able to change the language settings.

 

3. App Version

Click on the settings icon under “My Account” to change the language settings.

 

Note: Changing the language options will affect the language of the Pinkoi system notification emails that you receive in the future. If you are switching to a language that you do not use frequently, please remember to change the language back to your preferred one after you are done.
