Pinkoi x DBS 優惠日條款及細則

 1.「DBS 信用卡 x Pinkoi 每月消費獎賞」推廣（「本推廣」）只適用於持有由星展銀行（香港）有限公司發出的 DBS 信用卡及 DBS 聯營卡（不包括貴賓卡及商務卡）（「適用信用卡」）的主要持卡人（「主要持卡人」）。本推廣不適用於附屬卡持卡人。本推廣不適用於 DBS Black American Express®Card 持卡人。

2. 推廣期由 2025 年 1 月 1 日至 2025 年 12 月 31 日（包括首尾2天）（「推廣期」），每月的1日（「推廣曆日」） 舉行。

3. 主要持卡人須登入 Pinkoi 會員賬戶或成為 Pinkoi 會員，於推廣曆日內到 Pinkoi 網站或手機應用程式，以適用信用卡，選擇以「信用卡安全加密付款」單一簽賬淨金額滿HK$400（包含運費及折扣後金額）（「合資格交易」），可於該賬單成功誌賬並顯示於 DBS Card+ 手機應用程式（「DBS Card+」）的Timeline後，憑顯示於該賬單上的紅色「一扣即享」按鈕直接扣減該賬單 12% 的應付金額（「優惠」）。每次合資格交易最多可扣減 HK$100。

4. 每個 DBS Card+ 用戶於每個推廣日可享優惠 1 次，即每月一次。優惠名額先到先得，額滿即止，並以點擊「一扣即享」按鈕以享用優惠的時間為準。若優惠名額已滿，將於星展銀行（香港）有限公司網頁公佈。

5. 如欲享優惠，主要持卡人必需於進行合資格交易前安裝 DBS Card+ 手機應用程式及完成登記 DBS Card+ 帳戶，並於 DBS Card+ 的選項目錄內選擇「更多」 > 程式和安全設定 > 推送通知 > 選擇開啟「一扣即享」獎賞通知以參與本推廣。主要持卡人必須於指定日期前享用優惠，否則會被視作自行放棄該優惠。指定日期如下：

6. 為免產生疑問，以下類別的交易將不適用於計算合資格交易：
a)        所有涉及被取消、正在進行索償、退貨及/或退款等之交易；
b)        所有自動轉賬、或未誌賬的交易、或其他不時由星展銀行（香港）有限公司指定的方法進行的任何繳費交易；
c)        所有以電子錢包付款（例如 Apple Pay）的簽賬及所有電子錢包增值交易；及八達通自動增值服務交易；
d)        由星展銀行（香港）有限公司不時決定之任何其他交易類別。

7. 本推廣可與 Pinkoi 其他官方折扣優惠或 P Coins 同步使用，並適用順豐貨到付運費與國際轉運訂單。

8. 若取消訂單，將會收回該筆訂單之 P Coins。

9. 本推廣適用於香港及澳門地區。

10. 星展銀行（香港）有限公司及 Pinkoi 可以修改本條款及細則及/或更改或終止本推廣。星展銀行（香港）有限公司及 Pinkoi 的決定為最終決定。

11. 如中、英文版本有任何不一致之處，概以英文版本為準。

Pinkoi x DBS Day Terms & Conditions

1. DBS Credit Card x Pinkoi Monthly Spending Offer (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders ("Principal Cardholders") of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders. This Promotion is not applicable to DBS Black American Express® Card cardholders.

2. The Promotion runs from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), on the 1st day of each month (“Promotion Date”).

3. Principal Cardholders who log in to Pinkoi member account or register as Pinkoi's Member and conduct a single net transaction over HK$400 with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Date at Pinkoi's website or mobile application via “Credit/debit card payment” (“Eligible Transaction”) shall be entitled to a 12% deduction from the payable amount for that transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”)("Offer"). Maximum deduction per Eligible Transaction is HK$100.

4. Each DBS Card+ user can enjoy the Offer once only during each Promotion Date, which means once a month. All Offers will be served in first come first served basis according to the time record of pressing the InstaRedeem button for enjoying the Offer. Quota full message will be shown on the website of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited if quota of the Offer is full.

5. To be eligible to enjoy the Offer, Principal Cardholders are required to install the DBS Card+ mobile application and completely register an DBS Card+ account and turn on the notification in DBS Card+ More > App & Security Setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transaction for participating in the Promotion. Principal Cardholders must enjoy the Offer by designated dates as below; otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the Offer on its own.

6. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions:
a.        Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
b.        Any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited from time to time;
c.        All payments via e-Wallet (including Apple Pay), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or
d.        Any other type of transaction as determined by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited from time to time.

7. The Promotion can be used in combination with other Pinkoi discount, coupons & P Coins and applicable to orders of International Forwarding Service.

8. If an order is canceled, any P Coins issued for it will also be revoked.

9. This offer is only applicable in Hong Kong and Macau.

10. DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and Pinkoi may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and the Pinkoi's decision are final.

11. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
