【Pinkoi x ShopBack】 條款及細則

為確保 Pinkoi 現金回贈及優惠碼適用
1. 從 ShopBack 連結至商店前，請先確認你已「清空」購物車。請先把商品加入購物車，再從 ShopBack 連結至 Pinkoi 結帳， 否則將無法獲得現金回贈。
2. 每次進行新交易前，請先回到 ShopBack 網站再重新連結至 Pinkoi 網站購物。
3. 請使用 ShopBack 優惠碼。使用未經 ShopBack 發布的優惠碼將不獲現金回贈。
4. 所有交易請到 ShopBack 網站連結至 Pinkoi 網站購物，請勿使用 Pinkoi 官方 App 下單。
5. 此優惠適用於香港及澳門地區，已成立訂單不得以未使用優惠為由取消訂單。
6. 現金回贈不適用於以下項目：
- 購買或換領禮品卡/禮券
- 購買群眾募資、補運費商品、Pinkoi 紙箱、客製化商品
- 退貨、換貨或取消訂單
- 使用未經 ShopBack 發布或核准的優惠碼
7. 購買其他品類現金回贈級別將以 ShopBack 網站上為準，活動走期將隨 Pinkoi 網站活動而有所調整而不作另行通知。
8. 使用並非由 ShopBack 提供的「優惠折扣碼」將無法獲得現金回贈。
9. 不包括稅收、手續費及服務費。
10. 不包括商店積分、信用額及優惠碼、優惠券。
11. 請勿自行更改語言、貨幣或地區。由於現金回贈網址以由 ShopBack 所提供的連結為準，若你自行更改了語言、貨幣或地區，將無法獲得現金回贈。
12. 從 ShopBack 連結至商戶網站後，請勿開啟其他網站或網上廣告 (例如格價網站或其他回贈網站等)，否則將無法獲取現金回贈。
13. 如你未能於商戶網站付款，請重新經 ShopBack 連結至商戶網站下單，以確保能夠獲取現金回贈。
14. 預購商品不設現金回贈；更改訂單內容/取消/退貨或部分退貨/換貨或部分換貨不設現金回贈；將款項轉為商店積分等同取消訂單。
15. 如遺失回贈現金，請於下單日期30天內到此網頁申請跟進：app.shopback.com/hk-mcb 。
16. 如在判定現金回贈時產生爭議，Pinkoi 保留最終決定權。
17. Pinkoi 及ShopBack 保留隨時修改、終止或暫停活動的權利。如活動內容或注意事項有任何更新，將於其網頁公布，恕不另行通知。

【Pinkoi x ShopBack】Terms and Conditions

To ensure the applicability of cash back and discount codes on Pinkoi:

1. Before linking to the store from ShopBack, please confirm that you have ""cleared"" your shopping cart. First, add items to the cart, then link to Pinkoi from ShopBack for checkout; otherwise, you will not receive cash back.
2. Before each new transaction, please return to the ShopBack website to reconnect to the Pinkoi website for shopping.
3. Please use ShopBack discount codes. Using discount codes not published by ShopBack will not qualify for cash back.
4. All transactions must be made by linking to the Pinkoi website through the ShopBack website; do not place orders using the Pinkoi official app.
5. This offer is applicable only in Hong Kong and Macau; orders that have been placed cannot be canceled citing unused discounts.
6. Cash back is not applicable to the following items:
- Purchase or redemption of gift cards/vouchers
- Purchase of crowdfunding items, additional shipping fee items, Pinkoi boxes, or custom products
- Returns, exchanges, or order cancellations
- Use of discount codes not published or approved by ShopBack
7. The cash back levels for other categories will be as stated on the ShopBack website; the duration of promotions may adjust according to Pinkoi's website activities without prior notice.
8. Using discount codes not provided by ShopBack will not qualify for cash back.
9. This does not include taxes, handling fees, or service fees.
10. This also excludes store credits, credit amounts, and discount codes or coupons.
11. Please do not change the language, currency, or region on your own. Since the cash back URL is based on the link provided by ShopBack, changing the language, currency, or region may prevent you from receiving cash back.
12. After linking to the merchant's website from ShopBack, do not open other websites or online ads (e.g., price comparison sites or other cash back sites), as this will prevent you from obtaining cash back.
13. If you are unable to make a payment on the merchant's website, please re-link through ShopBack to ensure eligibility for cash back.
14. Pre-order items are not eligible for cash back; changes to order content/cancellations/returns or partial returns/exchanges do not qualify for cash back; converting funds to store credits is considered order cancellation.
15. If you lose cash back, please apply for follow-up within 30 days of the order date at this webpage: app.shopback.com/hk-mcb.
16. In case of disputes regarding cash back, Pinkoi reserves the final decision.
17. Pinkoi and ShopBack reserve the right to modify, terminate, or suspend activities at any time. Any updates to activity content or notes will be posted on their webpage without further notice.
