Safety Reminder

If you provide personal information, remit funds, or conduct transactions via channels other than Pinkoi, you forfeit Pinkoi’s guarantees of your payment security and transaction rights. You will also not be able to enjoy any discounts or rewards from Pinkoi. Furthermore, as a designer, deliberately leading customers to conduct private transactions outside of Pinkoi is a direct violation of Pinkoi Shop Guidelines.

When sending messages, please be wary of phishing scams and fraud. Do not scan suspicious QR codes, click on suspicious links or download any compressed files of unknown origin. Official messages from Pinkoi will be sent via official Pinkoi accounts which feature a verification badge. Please do not be deceived by non-official accounts using the Pinkoi name.

Usage Guidelines

Pinkoi members and designers must abide by usage guidelines when using messaging functions on Pinkoi. These guidelines include but are not limited to the following:

1. Do not upload or send any text, images or files that are defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, contrary to public order and good morals, or illegal.
2. Do not upload, send or distribute any material that contains computer viruses or interrupts, destroys or restricts the functionality of computer software and hardware.
3. Do not send spam, junk mail or other messages that are unrelated to shopping or selling on Pinkoi.
4. Do not engage in conduct that violates Pinkoi's Terms & Policies, or other conduct that Pinkoi would reasonably consider inappropriate.

Should Pinkoi discover that an account has violated usage guidelines, Pinkoi reserves the right to process the account accordingly without prior notice.
