To make order processing easier and more efficient, you can sort your orders using the system’s suggested shipping order. To do this, go to “Manage Orders” → “All Orders” → “Pending”. Click on the “Sort” button and select “Suggested Shipping Order”.
The system determines the suggested shipping order based on factors such as the time required to prepare orders, shipping dates of pre-order products, estimated shipping dates of orders and workshop dates.
If you have set an estimated shipping date for an order, this date will be used by the system when determining the suggested shipping order. If you do not set a specific estimated shipping date, the system will determine the suggested shipping order based on other factors (please see the examples below).
- Example: If a single order contains multiple regular listings, the system will determine the minimum time required to prepare the order and use this in combination with the time of payment as the basis for sorting the order.
- Example: If a single order contains multiple workshops, the system will use the date of the closest workshop as a basis for sorting the order.
Orders are arranged in order from the closest shipping date to the furthest shipping date.
*Note: The “Suggested Shipping Order” function is currently not available when “Sort by Shipping Method” is in use. However, this functionality is already under development. Our team is working hard to bring it to you soon.
