Are there any couriers that can ship to Taiwan without having the recipient complete real-name authentication?

According to Taiwanese customs policy, recipient real-name authentication must be completed for all international shipments entering Taiwan.

Except for the post office, all logistics providers must comply with this policy. If you are making a shipment to Taiwan directly through the post office, the real-name authentication policy can temporarily be ignored.
