The recipient will not complete real-name authentication? What should I do?

The Taiwan Customs Administration requires all recipients of international shipments to complete real-name authentication. If the recipient is unwilling to complete online real-name authentication, please inform them that they can also use a letter of authorization to complete customs clearance procedures for cross-border goods.

Please refer to the process for using a letter of authorization. Make sure to provide your customer with a link to this process and inform your logistics provider that your shipment will be using a letter of authorization for customs clearance.
