What do I do if the status for real-name authentication is displayed as “Incomplete”?

Please contact the customer using Pinkoi message and inform them that recipient real-name authentication must be completed. Make sure to tell them to click on “Report completion of real-name authentication” on the order’s page once real-name authentication has been completed.

After the status for real-name authentication changes to “Verified” you may then arrange shipping for the order.
