How can I know whether the recipient has completed real-name authentication?

Whether the recipient has completed real-name authentication will be displayed, along with all their other order information, on the “All Orders” page. You will see 1 of 3 different statuses: “Verifying”, “Incomplete” or “Verified’.

If the status displayed is “Verified”, you may arrange shipping for the order. If the status displayed is “Verifying” this means that the system is still verifying whether real-name authentication has been completed. Verification may take up to 1 hour. If the status displayed is “Incomplete”, please contact the customer via Pinkoi message and inform them that recipient real-name authentication must be completed.
