I live in the city. Why does DHL say I live in a remote area and want to charge me extra for shipping?

According to DHL regulations, remote area surcharges will be incurred when shipping to the postal codes listed in the following document: DHL Remote Area List

After clicking on the link above, you can use “Ctrl” + “F” to search for your country of residence. After you find your country, look for your postal code to see if DHL has defined it as a remote area.
 
Please note that DHL displays postal codes using ranges (as seen in the graphic below). We do not recommend directly searching for your postal code in order to avoid missing it.
