How do foreign nationals residing in Taiwan complete real-name authentication?

Due to restrictions with the Taiwan Customs Administration’s EZ Way app, foreign nationals residing in Taiwan (including those with alien resident certificates) must complete a letter of authorization each time they order cross-border goods in order to allow their customs broker to complete customs clearance procedures for them.

After filling the letter out, please forward it to your customs broker, asking them to assist you with customs clearance procedures.
