When a member’s total spending and number of purchases made meet the requirements for the next membership level during the current accumulation period, their membership level will be upgraded automatically 7 days later. Membership levels will not be upgraded automatically if an order is canceled or if a refund is requested within 7 days after upgrade requirements are met.
Membership levels are valid for a period of one year. Membership levels for the next one year period will be determined based on a member’s total spending and number of purchases made during the one year period after their annual settlement date (registration date). If the accumulated total spending and number of purchases made do not meet the requirements of the current membership level, membership will then be relegated to the appropriate level.
For example, if a member has a registration date of June 1, 2020, their annual settlement date will be June 1. Their accumulation period of one year starting from their settlement date will be from June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021. If this member has accumulated NT$ 5,000 in total spending and has made 3 purchases during the accumulation period, they will be able to become a Gold Member.

1. The number of purchases made will be determined by the number of orders created under “My Orders”. (Combined checkout will not affect this number. It will only be calculated based on the number of successful orders placed.)
2. The annual settlement date for all members that have registered before June 1, 2020 is June 1.
