My video failed to upload. How do I confirm that my video’s resolution meets Pinkoi's specifications?

If you are using a Mac:

Right-click on your video file → select “Get Info” → look under “More Info:” → your video’s width and height are listed as its “Dimensions”.
Your video is in compliance with specifications as long as either the width or height (whichever is smaller) of the video is greater than or equal to 720.

If you are using a Windows computer:

Right-click on your video file → select “Properties” → select the “Details” tab → here you will be able to see the width and height of your video.
