In the “Completed” section of the “Orders” page, you will have the option to rate your purchasing experience. Designers also have a chance to review their experience with a “Customer Rating”.
Each time an order is completed, the designer can rate their experience with the customer.
As soon as an order moves from “Shipped” to “Completed”, the designer will be able to select that order and leave a rating and review of the customer.
Please be aware that if your (average) “Customer Rating” drops to 2.0 stars or below, your ability to make purchases will be automatically restricted and you will be unable to place any future orders.
