Listing prices and discounts are configured solely by designers. After applying any discounts, we recommend you immediately check the relevant listings to see if the discounted price is correct.
If you encounter a situation where the customer has purchased a listing with an erroneously configured discount, you can deal with the matter in one of the following ways:
1. Explain the situation to the customer and ask them to cancel their order. (You can also assess whether or not you want to provide the customer with another different discount for their trouble, etc.)
2. If you decide that the cost is acceptable to you, you can accept the order from the customer and ship it as usual.
