In order to avoid reviews that are left before a purchase is made and false reviews, buyers and sellers can only leave reviews and ratings for orders that have been completed.
The system will automatically send an email to the recipient’s email address 7 and 14 days after the order is shipped to remind them to confirm that they have received the order. After receiving your order and confirming that there is no need for a return or exchange, you can click on “Item received” on the order’s page under “My Orders” to complete the order. You will then be able to leave a review for the order.
