The review system has been upgraded. Buyers and sellers can now only leave reviews and ratings for orders that have been completed in order to avoid false reviews and reviews that are left before a purchase is made.
The system will automatically send an email to the customer after their order is shipped to remind them to confirm that they have received their order. Designers can also use Pinkoi message to remind customers to confirm that they have received their orders. After an order is “completed”, you will be able to rate the customer by clicking on the star icon for the particular order on the order list or the “Rate Customer” button on the order’s page.
