The reviews accumulated by your shop are important references for customers who would like to buy from you. When you want to respond to a review given by a customer, navigate to “Shop Manager” > “Manage Orders” > “Reviews”, then click on “Reply to this review” for the review you want to reply to.
Reminders:
It is not possible to edit or remove a reply to a customer after it is submitted. Please be sure to read over your replies carefully before submitting them.
You will not be able to reply to reviews that are over 90 days old.
