How do I request for additional refund?

If you applied for partial order refund and would like to request for an additional refund, please contact the designer to discuss additional refund reason and refund amount. (Ex: Change partial refund to full refund) 

After reaching an agreement with the designer, please contact us and provide the following information: 

1. Order no.

2. Additional refund reason:

3. Additional refund amount: 

Additional refund will be processed manually by Pinkoi Team. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for refund to be processed. 

Note: It is not possible to request for additional refund if the order is already fully refunded.
