How do I use the QR Payment function to collect payments from customers?

1. Open the Pinkoi app, enter your personal page and then select “Pinkoi Pay”.

Instructions for entering your personal page:

iPhone:
Select the “My Pinkoi” icon in the bottom right hand corner of the interface.

Android:
Select the “My Pinkoi” icon in the bottom right hand corner of the interface.

Mobile web version:
Select the three lined menu button in the upper left hand corner of the interface and then select your name.

2. Select “My QR Code”.

“My QR Code”: This is a dedicated QR code for your brand/shop that can be used to receive payments from customers in offline event only. Simply display this code to customers and they’ll be able to use it to pay for goods from you using the QR Payment function.

“QR Payment”: This function can be used to scan QR codes from other brands in order to pay for items you would like to purchase.

3. You can use your QR code to receive payments at offline events.

If you need to, you can save your QR code to your mobile device or put it on products in order to make it convenient for customers to scan and make payments to you.

4. Verify the order information.

After customers have completed payment, you’ll receive a push notification from the Pinkoi app.

Tap on the notification or go to the “Manage Orders” section of the Shop Manager and select “QR Code Payment Orders” in order to verify the order information. (Check the amount paid and the last 4 digits of the order number.)
