How do I leave reviews for designers and the items that I have purchased?

You’ll be able to find the order that you want to leave a review for under the “Completed” category in the “My Orders” section of Pinkoi.

Please note that you must confirm that you’ve received an order before you can leave a review for it. If your courier does not support real-time updates, you'll need to go to the order page and click “Item received” to let us know that you've received your order.

After confirming that you’ve received your order, you’ll be able to select “Review for P Coins” to leave a review of your order.

Instructions for how to leave reviews on the different Pinkoi interfaces are provided below:

1. Desktop Version
After signing in, click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the page and then select “My Orders”. Search for the order you want to leave a review for under the “Completed” category. Once you find the order, click on it to enter its individual page then click on “Review for P Coins” in the panel on the right.

2. Mobile Version
Tap the 3 lined menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of the page and then select “My Orders”. Swipe to the “Completed” category located near the top of the interface to find the order that you want to review. Once you find the order, tap on it to enter its individual page then tap on the “•••” icon in the lower right-hand corner. Finally, select “Review for P Coins”.

3. App Version
Tap on “My Pinkoi” located near the bottom of the interface and then select “My Orders”. Swipe to the “Completed” category located near the top of the interface to find the order that you want to review. Once you find the order, tap it to enter its individual page then select “Review for P Coins”. The more detailed your review, the more P Coins you will receive! A review that is longer than 30 words and includes pictures will earn you the maximum amount of P Coins.
