Overseas designers may not use SF Express. Before filling in an SF Express store address as the receiving address, please use the “Contact designer” function to confirm this with the designer.
If the designer has shipped your order using a courier other than SF Express (e.g., their local post office), the SF Express store will reject the package. The package will most likely be returned to the designer. Should this happen, please refer to the following steps to solve the issue:
Contact the local post office in the receiving region as soon as possible and inform them that you did not receive a notification to pick up your package because you filled in an SF Express store address. Inquire about a solution to this problem.
If you are still unable to successfully receive your package, please use the “Contact designer” function on the order page to discuss with the designer about what can be done (resending the package or processing a refund).
Reminder: If you declare that the receiving address requires modification after a package is sent, any fees deriving from this will be your (the customer’s) responsibility. Relevant reminders can be found on the checkout page. Please pay special attention to this.
