What are coupons?

Coupons can be used for discounts on your purchases from Pinkoi. Coupons are divided into two types: “Pinkoi coupons” and “shop coupons”.

- Pinkoi coupons: Coupons with codes starting with “＠” are provided by Pinkoi. They can be used for discounts on orders from any of the shops on Pinkoi.
- Shop coupons: Provided by designers, these coupons can be used for discounts on orders from a specific shop only.
