Will my accumulated spending and number of purchases be reset to zero regularly? Will I have to start again?

Yes. Your accumulated spending and number of purchases will be reset to zero on your annual settlement date each year. They will not roll over into the next accumulation period. Your annual settlement date will be the date that you registered for Pinkoi membership on.

For example: If you registered for Pinkoi membership on March 17, 2021, your spending and number of purchases will be totalled for the period from March 17, 2021 to March 16, 2022. After the annual settlement date, these accumulated totals from the previous period will be reset to zero and you must begin the accumulation process anew.

Note: The annual settlement date for all members that have registered before June 1, 2020 is June 1.
