[Notice] Pinkoi International Forwarding Service to be Suspended from January 1, 2024.

We sincerely appreciate the support and care of our Pinkoi members for our international forwarding service.

In order to provide better service quality, starting from January 1, 2024, we will temporarily suspend Pinkoi's international forwarding service. If you wish to purchase products from the Taiwan Design Pavilion and have them shipped to Hong Kong, Macau, or mainland China, please choose alternative international shipping methods. If a designer has not enabled international shipping, you can use the "Contact Designer" button to discuss relevant matters directly with the designer.

For orders that have already used the international forwarding service prior to January 1, 2024, the forwarding center will arrange shipments as per the usual procedures. Please make sure to click on "Notify Forwarding Center to Ship" before the storage deadline expires to facilitate the smooth dispatch of your package.

*Please note that the storage deadline at the forwarding center is three months. Packages exceeding this storage period will be considered abandoned and will be handled accordingly.

For example:

1. If you create a forwarding order on December 31, 2023, and it arrives at the forwarding center on January 1, 2024, you need to notify the forwarding center for shipment by April 1, 2024; otherwise, it will be considered abandoned.

2. If you create a forwarding order on November 1, 2022, and it arrives at the forwarding center on January 1, 2023, you need to notify the forwarding center for shipment by April 1, 2023, to avoid abandonment.
