Q1: How do I complete the signing process?

After logging into the Shop Manager, go to the agreement page, complete the payment for shop deposit.

Review the terms of the Agreement, and fill in the correct information at the bottom of the agreement page.

Follow the system’s instructions to complete email verification, and you’re all set!
Q2: Why can't I input my information on the Agreement page?
Please check the payment status of your shop deposit. If the status is "shop deposit unpaid", then you’ll need to follow the instructions to complete the payment first. Once the payment is made, the system will automatically enable the following steps where you can input your information as signatory.
Q3: What should I do if I haven't received the verification email and can't complete the signing process?

Please check the spam folder or promotional email folder in your email to see if you have received the verification email.

Try using a different email address and send the verification email again.

If you have tried the above steps and still haven't received the verification email, please email us at service@pinkoi.com (make sure to include your shop account or shop link in the email).
Q4: I have completed the agreement signing process online. Do I need to inform Pinkoi?
Once you have completed the final step of email verification, you have completed the agreement signing process and can operate your Pinkoi shop normally. There is no need to send an additional notification to Pinkoi.
Q5: I have completed the online signing process, but after downloading the electronic agreement, why is the field for “Signatory" on the document empty?
The signing information for the electronic agreement will only be displayed in the "Signatory" field at the bottom of the agreement page. The agreement available for designers to browse and download at the top will not display signatory information.
Q6: Is there a physical (paper) copy of the agreement available?
We only offer electronic shop agreement. Your shop is all set after completing the online agreement signing process.
Q7: Does Pinkoi Shop Agreement have a valid period?
For information regarding the validity and duration of the agreement, please refer to the first article of the Shop Agreement.
Q8: Can I request modifications to the Agreement terms?
The Shop Agreement is a standard version provided to all Pinkoi shops, and we don’t accept modifications.
Q9: I entered the my information incorrectly. How can I make corrections?
Please send an email to service@pinkoi.com and provide the following information:

The field(s) you entered incorrectly and the correct information
Pinkoi team will assist with the corrections upon receiving your email.
