As Payoneer stopped serving customers in Russia after December 8th, 2022 (see here for Payoneer’s Q&A), Pinkoi is no longer able to transfer revenue to shops from Russia after Dec. 8th, 2022.
If you are a shop owner from Russia, you are advised to read through below Q&A and take actions immediately.
Q: Does Pinkoi offer any other ways to transfer fund to me?
A. Unfortunately we only have Payoneer as payment method, which can not serve customers in Russia for the time being.
Q: I still have unpaid shop revenue from Pinkoi, how can I collect it?
A: Pinkoi will make a final transfer of all unpaid shop revenue (including revenue under NT$1,000) on December 7th, 2022 (UTC+8). In order to successfully receive your shop revenue, make sure the followings requirements are met:

You have filled out your Payoneer account on the Finance Setting page of your Pinkoi shop. We don’t accept any payment account update after Dec. 2nd, 2022(UTC+8).

Make sure all of your orders are “MARK AS SHIPPED” before November 30th,2022. If you cannot ship your orders by that time, please contact the buyers to cancel the orders.

Your Payoneer account must be ACTIVE. Inactive accounts and accounts pending for approval will not be able to receive funds. Please check with Payoneer Customer Services about your account status.
Q: Can I still manage or keep my shop on Pinkoi?
A: You are welcomed to continue your shop on Pinkoi, but your revenue can only be transferred to you after Payoneer resumes its service in Russia, or you can change your payment account to other available Payoneer account. However, please be noted that if you choose to use a friend or family member's account, you are fully responsible for your fund's safety.
If you decide not to operate your Pinkoi shop for now, make sure you have deactivate all the listings in your shop and set it to Vacation Mode.
If you choose to permanently close your Pinkoi shop, please fill out the application at this page of your Shop Manager.
Q: I submitted an application to open a Pinkoi shop a few days before, what will happen?
A: We have suspended the curation for ALL Shop Applications from Russia. Your application will not be processed until further notice.
