How are digital products delivered to customers?
Pinkoi offers two delivery methods for digital files:
1. Direct download: Instant, and suitable for digital products with completed content. Up to 5 digital files can be uploaded via the product listing editor. When a customer places an order and payment is completed, they can go to the order page to download their digital files instantly. (Note: There is no variation setting for direct download files. If the same product has different variations and you want to offer them as direct downloads, you should create a separate listing for each variation.)
2. Made-to-order: Suitable for customized digital goods. You can wait for the customer to place an order and pay for it before starting to make the product. After the product is completed, you will need to upload the files to the order page.
Before and after uploading a digital file, please confirm that the file content and file name are correct. The system will directly display the file name set by the designer on the download page. Before listing a product or marking an order as shipped, you should click the "Preview" button, download the file, and confirm that the content is correct.
Are there any upload limits for digital product files?
Direct download: The maximum size for each file is 50 MB, and up to 5 files can be uploaded for each product
Made-to-order: The maximum size for each file is 80 MB, and up to 5 files can be uploaded for each product
What file types are available for digital products?

What if my file does not pass the virus scan?
Pinkoi's file upload system uses the latest malware database to detect more than one million virus types and check for malicious programs, including bugs, worms, and Trojan horses. If your upload does not pass the virus scan, your file probably contains one or more of the above threats. Please use your computer's anti-virus software to scan all flagged files and ensure they are secure, then select other files to upload.
After I list a digital product for direct download, can I edit the listing, upload a new file, or delete the listing?
Yes, you can make changes to your listing and files; however, for a customer whose direct download purchase was completed before the changes were made, the file content will not change. In other words, customers will receive the files as they were at the time of payment.
