If you are using the iOS version of the Pinkoi app, you can find the “Delete Account” function in the “Settings” menu under “My Pinkoi”.
If you are using the Android version of the Pinkoi app or the desktop version of Pinkoi, please contact us with a request to delete your account.
Before you delete your account, please read the following important information:
・After deleting your account, you will no longer be able to view your Wish List, shops you are following and records of your past orders.
・After deleting your account, you will need to wait 90 days before you are able to use the same email address to register for a Pinkoi membership. (The same goes for social media accounts.)
・If you are still waiting for a reply from a third party with regards to an order, please wait until you receive their reply before deleting your account.
・Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
In the following situations, you will have to wait until the relevant matters are processed completely before you are able to delete your account:
・You still have incomplete orders.
・You are still waiting for a refund.
