What is the first-purchase discount?

When you join Pinkoi, you will get 5% off if you make your first purchase within 72 hours of registration. You don’t have to enter any codes to use this discount. If you are eligible for it, it will automatically be applied at checkout and displayed in your shopping cart. 

 

You can use the first-purchase discount with your bonus points for additional savings. However, it cannot be used in combination with coupons, cash rewards, and other discounts offered by Pinkoi. If you are eligible for a first-purchase discount, have not  used other discounts, and find that the first-purchase discount has not been applied to your order, please contact us with your order number and our team will help to look into this matter.

 

The first-purchase discount is a time-sensitive offer and is not a routine benefit. Each member can only use this discount once.
