Welcome Coupons

1. New members will receive a welcome coupon (app-only shipping fee discount coupon). Complete an order on the Pinkoi app using your welcome coupon within 7 days and get free shipping for up to US$ 6.00 off shipping fees.
When you join Pinkoi, you’ll receive a welcome coupon (app-only shipping fee discount coupon). When you complete checkout on the Pinkoi app using this coupon within 7 days after becoming a Pinkoi member, Pinkoi will provide you with a free shipping discount of up to US$ 6.00. To use this coupon, you will need to manually select and apply it at checkout. If you have applied other Pinkoi coupons to your order, you will not be able to use them in combination with this welcome coupon. This coupon cannot be used in combination with P Coins or other Pinkoi coupons and cannot be used with orders using SF Express’s “Pay S/H on arrival” or Pinkoi’s International Forwarding Service.

*Note: Orders with refunds requested for them are not considered to be successfully created orders and are not eligible to have welcome coupons applied to them.
