Why didn't I receive a verification email after joining?

If you didn't receive a verification email after joining, please check your junk mail folder. If you find the email, remember to mark Pinkoi emails as non-Junk. Add Pinkoi as a contact so that you won't miss our order notifications and offers. 

Alternatively, go to any Pinkoi webpage and click "Sign In" (top right-hand corner). Then select "Resend verification email."
