If you are unable to contact a customer, in order to protect consumer rights, please refer to the message template below and use it to contact the customer via Pinkoi message.
“Hi there, this order needs to be further discussed with you. We are waiting for your response. Please respond to this message before YYYY/MM/DD. If we do not receive a response from you before the specified date, it will be assumed that you authorize Pinkoi to process a refund for the order.”
You are free to modify the content provided in the template above. If the customer does not respond before the deadline, please contact us with the order number, a screenshot of the Pinkoi message, and an explanation of the issue you encountered with the order. We will then proceed to help you process a refund for the order.
