“Hi there, we are currently waiting for your reply because we have an order that needs to be discussed with you. Please reply to this message before YYYY/MM/DD. If we do not receive a reply from you by this date, the Pinkoi team will then be licensed to process the refund.”
The content above can be modified as needed. If the customer does not reply to you by the required date, please contact customer service providing your “order number”, a “screenshot of the Pinkoi message” you sent and a description of the problem that you encountered with this order. We will then proceed to assist in processing the subsequent refund arrangements.
